About the role
From the RAS SABADELL office, we are selecting staff to cover a janitor substitution in Sabadell during the holiday period.
What you'll do
Perform cleaning and maintenance of the building's common areas (stairways, entrances, hallways, elevators, and outdoor common areas).
Assist residents, providing basic information and communicating incidents.
Handle small maintenance tasks and coordinate with external suppliers when necessary.
Inspect and monitor the condition of the facilities, reporting breakdowns or repair needs.
Manage and record mail and packages as applicable.
