From the RAS INTERIM GUADALAJARA office, we are selecting DATA ENTRY CLERKS for a company in the INDUSTRIAL sector located in CORDOBA

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- DATA ENTRY AND UPDATING: Accurately update customer information in internal databases, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the recorded data.
- RECORD MAINTENANCE: Organize and maintain files and documents related to the entered data, both in physical and digital format, ensuring quick and efficient access when required.
- COMPLIANCE WITH DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS: Ensure that captured data complies with data protection regulations and the company's internal policies.
- DOCUMENT SCANNING AND DIGITIZATION: Scan physical documents and convert them into digital files, ensuring that each document is correctly labeled and saved in the corresponding locations

- Monday to Friday (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

👌 TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
- ENTRADA Y ACTUALIZACIÓN DE DATOS: Actualizar información de clientes de manera precisa en las bases de datos internas, asegurando la calidad y exactitud de los datos registrados.
- MANTENIMIENTO DE REGISTROS: Organizar y mantener archivos y documentos relacionados con lo datos ingresados, tanto en formato físico como digital, asegurando un acceso rápido y eficiente cuando se requiera.
- CUMPLIMIENTO DE NORMATIVAS DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS: Garantizar que los datos capturados cumplan con la normativa de protección de datos y las políticas internas de la empresa.
- ESCANEO Y DIGITALIZACIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS: Escanear documentos físicos y convertirlos en archivos digitales, asegurando que cada documento este correctamente etiquetado y guardado en las ubicaciones correspondientes
