Hostess - Data Entry Clerk with Portuguese

From our company, we are selecting for an important company located in Madrid an AZAFATA - DATA ENTRY CLERK to provide support during the preparation and holding of shareholder meetings and assemblies.

• Coding of shareholder data in internal computer applications.
• Generation of reports and validation of information.
• Review and checking of data.
• In-person accreditation of shareholders during the holding of meetings.

You will receive complete training provided by the company.

• Temporary contract from 24/02/2026 to 03/07/2026.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 h (1 hour for lunch).
• Workplace: Madrid.
• Additional travel to the locations where meetings and assemblies are held.

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Motivation to learn and work as part of a team.
• Availability to travel outside of Madrid (all expenses covered by the company)
• PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL
