What we're looking for
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or similar.
Experience in BIM projects, with at least 2-3 years performing functions as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator.
Experience in Data Center projects, or alternatively in hospitals, critical infrastructure, or highly complex industrial plants.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and MEP installations management.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Knowledge of BEP, BIM standards, ISO 19650, and document management in CDE environments.
Ability to coordinate teams and guarantee the quality of the project's digital information.

The role
We are looking for a Senior BIM Manager to join a Data Center construction project in Madrid, with an estimated duration of 24 months. The position requires full-time dedication and on-site presence 3 days per week.
The selected person will be responsible for leading and supervising the project's BIM methodology, coordinating the various disciplines and agents involved to guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of digital information during the design and execution phases.
What you'll do
Lead the BIM strategy and management of the project.
Coordinate multidisciplinary models and federated models.
Supervise MEP installations coordination and clash detection.
Develop and monitor the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
Manage Common Data Environments (CDE) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Guarantee compliance with BIM standards and ISO 19650.
Coordinate contractors and design and construction teams.
Monitor incidents and the quality of models and deliverables.
Manage the preparation and validation of As-Built models and final documentation.
