Guarantee the integrity, consistency, and traceability of product information throughout its entire life cycle. You will manage product structures, eBOM, configurations, and master data in PLM and SAP environments, ensuring correct alignment between Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and other involved areas.
🔧 Your main responsibilities
Manage and maintain product structures and engineering bills of materials (eBOM) in PLM and SAP systems.
Guarantee the consistency, quality, integrity, and traceability of product data throughout its entire life cycle.
Coordinate the creation, modification, and release of articles, documents, components, and product structures.
Analyze the impact of design changes, revisions, and configuration modifications on product structures.
Manage Change Management processes, including change requests, change orders, revisions, and approval statuses.
Verify the correct synchronization of information between PLM, ERP/SAP tools and other corporate systems.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplications, parameterization errors, and data quality issues.
Collaborate with Product Engineering in the definition and maintenance of product configurations, variants, and options.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and After-Sales areas to ensure the correct use of product information.
Define and apply criteria, procedures, and standards for master data management and product structures.
Perform controls, audits, and reports on data quality, structure integrity, and process compliance.
Participate in improvement, migration, industrialization, and optimization projects for PLM/SAP systems.
Document processes, incidents, and solutions, providing functional support to users.
