BIM Specialists

• Previous experience working with Revit (essential).

• Knowledge in any of the specialties: MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), architecture, structures, or civil/industrial engineering.

• Familiarity with BIM environments and collaborative workflows (BIM 360, ACC, Navisworks, Civil 3D...).

• Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and 3D models.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• Experience in building, civil works, industrial, or MEP installation projects.

• Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650).

• Creation of custom families in Revit.

• Experience in BIM coordination or model management.

• English or other languages depending on the project.

If you are passionate about design, BIM technology, and innovation in the built environment, at RDT we are looking for BIM professionals (Drafter, Modeler, Coordinator, Architect) to join our teams and participate in the development of models, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical documentation for architecture, MEP, civil, and industrial engineering projects.

The selected candidate will work with BIM tools (mainly Revit) and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the correct integration of the model throughout all project phases.

• Development, updating, and management of BIM models in Revit (architecture, structures, or MEP systems).

• Generation of drawings, technical documentation, families, and construction details.

• Coordination of models across different disciplines (architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).

• Detection and resolution of clashes using tools such as Navisworks.

• Review of third-party models and quality control of modeling according to project BIM standards.

• Compliance with BIM protocols, BEP, naming standards, and internal procedures.

• Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to ensure technical and construction consistency of the model.

• Export and exchange of models in different formats (IFC, NWC, RVT...).

• Support in the preparation of reports, reviews, and digital deliverables.

• Participation in BIM coordination meetings and progress tracking.
