Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos), Building Engineering (Technical Architecture), Architecture, or Industrial Engineering.
- BIM Master's Degree
- Minimum demonstrable experience of 5 years, including 3 years of BIM Coordination.
Proficiency in BIM tools is required, such as:
- Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks
- Autodesk Construction Cloud or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Nice to have
- Autodesk Civil 3D
- Experience in the management and processing of point clouds.
- Knowledge of the ISO 19650 standard
- geographic information systems (GIS) and notions of programming.

The role
CEMOSA, a leading international company in the sector, specializing in engineering services and quality control, with delegations throughout Spain and a presence in more than 15 countries, is selecting a BIM Coordinator for the Málaga delegation
What you'll do
- BIM Coordination in asset digitalization, engineering, and building projects.
- Management and coordination of BIM modeling teams.
- Preparation of BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and their annexes, specifications, manuals, guides, and BIM specifications, as well as preparation of technical offers for tenders.
- Leadership in the implementation and development of the BIM methodology within the organization.
- BIM technical assistance and support to the various departments of CEMOSA.
