Die and Mold Management Technician - Automotive

• Technical training in Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing or similar.

• Senior experience in die and mold management, tooling, stamping, or related production processes.

• Experience in die setup processes.

• Ability to coordinate progress, establish priorities, and unblock incidents with different stakeholders.

• Knowledge and experience to perform the economic monitoring of the area's actions.

• Intermediate level of English, sufficient to maintain technical and operational conversations with international manufacturers.

• Leadership, technical judgment, global vision, and results orientation.

• Availability to work on-site in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).

At RDT Ingenieros we are looking to expand our automotive team and incorporate a Die and Mold Management Technician to work on-site in Figueruelas (Zaragoza) 📍.

We are looking for a senior profile who brings experience in the management of dies, tooling, and setup processes, with the ability to coordinate priorities, anticipate and resolve incidents, and maintain fluid communication with technical teams, suppliers, and international manufacturers.

• Supervise the progress of open issues related to molds, dies, tooling, and setup processes.

• Pilot the evolution of the work, performing continuous monitoring to ensure compliance with deadlines and priorities.

• Coordinate and prioritize actions in response to incidents, blockages, or needs arising during the production process.

• Perform the economic monitoring of the area and the various ongoing actions.

• Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders involved in the work.

• Maintain direct communication with international manufacturers, performing technical and operational monitoring of projects.

• Ensure alignment between plant needs, technical teams, and suppliers.

• Contribute your technical judgment to decision-making and the agile resolution of situations that may affect the process.
