🚀 At RDT we are looking for a Document Controller with a high level of French and English 🚀
We are looking for a Project Controls/Document Controller (PCDC) to fill one of the key positions of a project located in France.
The project has an expected duration of 25-30 months.
What you'll do
1. Documentation control:
o Monitoring and updating the document list for engineering, suppliers, and contractors, including client documentation associated with the project development.
o Organization of received documentation (from client and suppliers) in Share Point, and daily updating of the review status of generated documents.
2. In coordination with the Project Manager, Procurement Manager, and the Construction Manager:
o Control of engineering document progress, procurement management, and construction progress
o Generate project progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis
3. Coordination with the Planning Manager (the project already has a planner 100% on-site) regarding the scheduling of EPCM-specific tasks, such as:
o Supervising the preparation and control of detailed engineering, procurement, and construction schedules, ensuring that all tasks are aligned with what is planned in the baseline (engineering deliverables, tendering processes, material availability, commissioning milestones, plant shutdowns, and high-risk construction activities...)
4. Progress, productivity, and cost control monitoring:
o Ensuring and reporting an accurate measurement of progress (control of hours incurred versus those planned within the EPCM), productivity monitoring, and proactive planning of recovery actions to maintain compliance with deadlines and budget across all project phases
5. Change, risk, and incident management:
