Senior BIM Architect - Revit ARQ

• Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related training.

• Professional experience of at least 5 years working with Autodesk Revit on architectural projects.

• Experience as a Senior BIM Architect in building, industrial, tertiary, or infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in Revit Architecture and experience in generating technical documentation.

• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.

• Knowledge of BIM standards, families, templates, parameters, and information requirements.

• Ability to interpret plans, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary models.

• Organized, proactive person with the ability to work in a team and autonomously.

• Valuable experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit MEP, or Revit Structure.

• Valuable English level sufficient to work with technical documentation and in an international environment.

At RDT Ingenieros, we are looking to hire a Senior BIM Architect specialized in Revit ARQ to participate in architecture and engineering projects within a technical, multidisciplinary, and international environment.

The person will join the BIM design and development team, participating in the creation, coordination, and monitoring of architectural models during the different phases of the project.

• Development and management of architectural BIM models with Autodesk Revit.

• Preparation of plans, construction details, families, views, and graphic documentation for the project.

• Participation in the different phases of the project: conceptual design, development, construction, and final documentation.

• Coordination of the architectural model with the structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

• Detection, monitoring, and resolution of clashes using BIM coordination tools.

• Review of models, plans, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards.

• Application of project BIM protocols, standards, and procedures.

• Collaboration with architects, engineers, drafters, BIM managers, and other technical teams.

• Participation in coordination and monitoring meetings with internal teams, clients, and collaborators.

• Support in the improvement of BIM modeling, documentation, and coordination processes.
