The role

What you'll do

  • Supervise and coordinate the design, calculation, and execution of Fire Protection (PCI) systems.

  • Participate in projects with high technical demands in critical environments such as Cleanrooms, Data Centres.

  • Develop and review conceptual, basic, and detailed designs for PCI installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and established schedules.

  • Perform hydraulic calculations for PCI networks,

  • Review and validate technical documentation: drawings, single-line diagrams, calculation reports, measurements, BoQ, specifications, and material lists.

  • Prepare reports and regulatory compliance documentation in accordance with:

    • CTE DB-SI

    • RIPCI (RD 513/2017)

    • RSCIEI (RD 2267/2004)

  • Participate in site planning and monitoring, coordinating with HVAC, architecture, quality, regulatory, and other engineering disciplines.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers, guaranteeing technical compatibility, regulatory compliance, and client specifications.

  • Supervise site work, FAT/SAT testing, and commissioning of PCI installations.

  • Verify compliance with national and international regulations and the client's internal standards.

  • Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety policies during the execution of works.

  • Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection minutes, non-conformities, and final project closing documentation.
