The role

At RDT we are looking to bring in Senior and/or Lead profiles with extensive experience in structural design and analysis for industrial projects.

What you'll do

Senior Profile
- Design and analysis of steel and reinforced concrete structures, including connections and base plates.
- Design of shallow and deep foundations.
- Regular use of SAP2000 (highly valued).
- Technical coordination with other engineering teams.
- Support or participation in team management, depending on experience.
Lead Profile
- Participation in FEED and EPC projects.
- Technical leadership and coordination of civil engineering teams and projects.
- Supervision and validation of engineering calculations.
- Liaison with international clients and teams.
- Ensuring technical compliance and achievement of project objectives.

General requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and analysis of steel and reinforced concrete structures.
Proficiency in structural analysis software SAP2000 and/or STAAD PRO.
Experience in industrial projects, preferably combined cycle power plants, although experience in Oil & Gas, mining, or other industrial environments will also be valued.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience working in multidisciplinary and multi-office environments.
Committed, proactive profile with leadership skills.
