· At least 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision within the Oil & Gas sector in refineries in Spain.

· Leadership, organization, and coordination capacity for teams and subcontractors.

· Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, procedures, and requirements applicable to the petrochemical environment.

· Ability to work autonomously and maintain fluid communication with the client.

🚀 Are you passionate about field work and do you want to participate in a petrochemical shutdown in Tarragona?

At RDT Ingenieros, we are looking to hire Mechanical Supervisors for Oil & Gas to participate in a shutdown in Tarragona.

What you'll do

🔧 Daily tasks

· Supervise mechanical works carried out in the field during shutdowns.

· Coordinate and monitor subcontracting companies.

· Manage and control the work permits necessary for the execution of activities.

· Monitor work progress and verify compliance with the schedule.

· Verify that works are executed in accordance with established procedures, technical requirements, and safety standards.

· Maintain direct communication with the client and the different teams involved in the field.

· Contribute to the fulfillment of quality, safety, and execution objectives during each shutdown.

How you'll work

· On-site work, as part of highly relevant industrial projects.

· Availability to work from November 2026 to March 2027

· Availability to work in Tarragona.
