The role

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Know and apply all applicable documentation and mechanical procedures.
  • To attend meetings with the subcontractor.
  • Review of subcontractor documentation regarding mechanical procedures and quality.
  • Supervise mechanical subcontractor work and monitor the corresponding quality activities.
  • Witness welding inspections and NDT tests required by ITPs.
  • Analyze KPI results.
  • Analyze processes focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate quality teams.
  • Attend to and coordinate inspections.
  • Approval of construction materials based on project specifications.
  • Review of welding procedures, PQRs, WPS...etc.
  • Monitor the corresponding quality activities, especially welding processes.

  • Participate in the preparation of contractor procedures, ITPs, or control formats.
  • Study the plans and technical documentation provided by the engineering department.
