About the role

We are looking for a Documentation Technician to work with us on projects (AUSTRALIA) for one of our clients in the Renewable Energy sector.

What you'll do

The tasks to be carried out include the following:

• Classification of documentation and assignment of its corresponding coding.

• Review of project documentation in accordance with established standards.

• Adaptation of the documentary format when necessary.

• Coordination with headquarters to convey the needs of the project team (Australia) and align them with the defined solutions, in accordance with the PMO governance system.

• Preparation of comparisons between documents.

• Configuration, launch, and monitoring of document approval workflows.

• Management of user access to the system and functional support when required.

• Acquisition and maintenance of knowledge about the company's document management systems.

• Participation in training for users of the document management software.

• Preparation of periodic reports, identifying risks, inconsistencies, discrepancies, and any relevant incidents, and communicating them immediately to those responsible.

• Knowing and complying with the environmental protection and prevention measures adopted in each case.
