What you'll do
Drive and operate civil engineering machinery for the execution of earthmoving, excavation, leveling, and facility support works.
Drive trucks for the transport of materials, machinery, and equipment between facilities and construction sites, ensuring the safe loading, unloading, and securing of goods.
Perform daily inspections and first-level maintenance of the machinery and vehicle under their charge, communicating any incidents or needs for corrective maintenance.
Apply safety, quality, and environmental standards in every operation, using the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and respecting safe working procedures.
Collaborate with other operators, site managers, and maintenance supervisors to ensure the correct execution of planned works.
Use fuel, materials, and working time efficiently, minimizing unnecessary stops and travel.
Complete work reports, operating hours, and mileage, reporting relevant incidents to the team leader.
