What you'll do

  1. Managing documentation, calendars, information, calls, communications through various channels, and booking, managing and settling travel expenses, anticipating the needs of the director in the pursuit of efficiency and a positive image for the department.

Requirements

Knowledge and previous experience

  1. - Intermediate or advanced vocational training in Administration, Executive Assistance or a related field.
  2. - Essential: at least 3 years of experience in secretarial or executive assistant roles.
  3. - Essential: fluent English, both spoken and written.
  4. - Essential: advanced proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  5. - Training aligned with the responsibilities described and experience in the energy sector will be valued.
