• University degree, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications...) Business Administration, Economics, or Management.
• At least 6 years of experience in:
  - Contracting
  - Drafting tender specifications and/or contracts.
  - Purchase process management with negotiation.
• Advanced level of English (C1) and intermediate level of French (B2).
• IT skills:
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel), ERPs (SAP), and knowledge of tendering tools will be valued.
  - Power BI for creating and using dashboards.
  - C++ programming.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA will be valued.
• Experience in the following will be valued:
  - Knowledge of contracting in regulated sectors.
  - Experience in construction and maintenance projects in the electricity sector (Electricity Transmission) for substations, lines, and/or telecommunications facilities.
  - Knowledge of life cycle impact assessment and circular economy indicators (product environmental declaration, materials, use and end-of-life, manufacturing process, and consumption...).

We are looking to incorporate a Procurement Technician to join the Equipment and Materials Contracting Department team at Redeia Corporación.

1. Define and coordinate purchasing strategies to meet needs, ensuring quality, profitability, sustainability, and supply.
2. Understand and analyze market trends and price developments.
3. Coordinate and manage the contracting process: planning, tendering, awarding, and ordering, while coordinating the involved agents.
4. Resolve contractual disputes and ensure compliance with deadlines, deliveries, and payments.
5. Monitor the contracts managed per project, verifying delivery and compliance with deadlines and payments.
6. Participate in the execution of the strategic plan and transversal projects.
7. Develop relationships with sector purchasing units and participate in forums.
8. Promote and implement continuous improvement proposals.
