We are looking to hire a Data Governance Technician to join the IT Planning and Management Department at Redeia Corporación.

What you'll do

  1. Driving Redeia's transformation towards a data-centric organization, enabling decision-making; process efficiency and regulatory compliance, based on reliable data and supported by a secure technological ecosystem.
  2. Identifying and coordinating Data & AI initiatives at Redeia, in order to obtain value from data and increase process efficiency and decision-making.
  3. Promoting effective data management in the company with a comprehensive approach that includes methodologies, people, capabilities, and technology.
  4. Participating in the creation, adaptation, and dissemination of regulations, guidelines, and procedures based on identified use cases, relating to the different areas of data governance: master data management, security and privacy, data architecture, and access management.
  5. Developing and evolving the operational data governance model.
  6. Ensuring compliance with the functions of data governance roles and proposing improvements and adaptations.
  7. Monitoring the correct status of data assets inventoried in the Data Governance tool.
  8. Ensuring the deployment of the Data Quality Framework as well as the operational model for data quality management.
  9. Promoting automation and the use of AI in governance processes.
