The role

What you'll do

Functions:

Duct fabrication
- Manufacture custom ducts using fiberglass panels according to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Prepare, cut, and assemble panels, ensuring the quality and correct fit of the duct.
Measurement and layout
- Measure spaces, pipes, and installation areas to ensure the ducts fit correctly.
- Layout sheet metal ducts to adjust to dimensions and trajectories according to blueprints and the actual conditions of the building.
Assembly and installation
- Install fiberglass or sheet metal ducts in homes, buildings, and other spaces, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and fastening.
- Connect ducts to air conditioning equipment and ventilation systems in compliance with technical standards.
Quality control and finishing
- Check the correct installation and sealing of the ducts to prevent air leaks or seepage.
- Perform necessary adjustments to guarantee the efficient and safe operation of the system.
Safety compliance
- Apply all occupational safety and material handling measures during fabrication and installation.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, minimizing accident risks.
