The role
At Revlon, we are looking to hire an EMEA Regional Trade Marketing Product Manager for our Revlon Professional and American Crew brands, based in Barcelona.
The position will provide strategic and operational support to the regional marketing strategy, collaborating closely with markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as with global teams. It will play a key role in the execution of trade marketing initiatives, development of visibility materials, point-of-sale activations, and new product launches.
What you'll do
- Leading the development and implementation of POSM and merchandising materials for the EMEA region.
- Managing external suppliers, including briefing, adaptation of final artwork, production, budgeting, and logistics.
- Identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility and execution across different markets.
- Developing promotional strategies and commercial packs in collaboration with global teams.
- Coordinating with markets, planning, packaging, R&D, and other areas to ensure effective project execution.
- Analyzing launch performance and sharing best practices among different countries.
How you'll work
This role is hybrid, with 3 days on-site at our Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona) offices and 2 days with the option to telework.
