What we're looking for

An impressive academic background, with a 2:1 or equivalent from a leading institution in a STEM discipline or quantitative field, such as engineering, maths, physics, economics, finance, etc.
5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, strategy and operations, or related roles
A proven track record of designing, improving, and scaling complex operational processes
Hands-on experience delivering process automation, workflow optimisation, or technology-driven operational improvements
Experience managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop actionable solutions
The ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution, delivering measurable business impact
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience implementing AI-powered solutions or integrating AI into operational workflows
Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or other tools used for data analysis and automation

What you'll get

Poland: PLN12,800 - PLN26,600 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €3,000 - €6,200 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience

You'll identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows, implement scalable solutions, and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer experience across the business.

What you'll do

Architecting, mapping, and refining comprehensive workflows to boost operational throughput and scalability
Deploying AI and intelligent automation to eradicate manual work, eliminate friction, and enhance overall output
Spearheading cross-functional projects from initial diagnostic through to solution rollout and continuous monitoring
Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to convert business pain points into robust technical frameworks
Resolving complex operational constraints through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
Tracking essential metrics to evaluate system performance, operational efficiency gains, and bottom-line success
Fostering continuous optimisation by uncovering new ways to streamline, standardise, and automate existing procedures
