What we're looking for

We are looking for strong business process knowledge across

End-to-end Order Management, from order creation throughout the order lifecycle.
Sales order processing and management.
Order changes, exceptions and issue resolution.
Order fulfillment processes and interfaces.
Dependencies between Order Management and Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
Understanding of the upstream and downstream consequences of Order Management decisions and process changes.
ERP and digital solutions supporting Order Management.

Skills & Behaviours

Strong end-to-end thinking, looking beyond individual Order Management activities.
Highly autonomous and self-driven, able to take full ownership and progress topics independently.
Strong willingness to learn and discover, including processes outside the immediate functional area.
Ability to connect the dots between orders, customers, commercial processes, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
Strong problem-solving mindset, naturally investigating root causes rather than only addressing symptoms.
Ability to connect different parts of the business and bring together the right stakeholders to solve cross-functional issues.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive change.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure business pre-requisites are in place at the relevant sites.
Drive business transformation together with site managers and key stakeholders.
Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops.
Coordinate closely with Digital/IT teams.
Support Go-Live and post-Go-Live activities.
Capture and share best practices across deployments.
