What we're looking for

To have graduated in 2025 or 2026 from a top university with a degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field
A minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country
Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing
Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail
Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full-time availability from October 2026

Nice to have

Experience with SQL or Python
A background in computer science or quantitative disciplines
Familiarity with automating reports or bid strategies
An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry

We're looking for a Graduate Growth Marketing Manager to manage campaigns across key platforms. You'll analyse performance to improve efficiency and growth while working on attribution and tracking, ensuring accurate measurement in a privacy-first ecosystem.

What you'll do

Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently
Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust
Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking
Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges
Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights
Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results
Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution
