What you'll do

We are currently looking for a Document Management Technician / Draftsperson to join our technical team. The selected candidate will efficiently manage the documentation generated in new investment projects. They will process and organize existing technical documentation, ensuring a complete repository aligned with procedures. The tasks to be carried out are as follows:

  • Process and organize all existing technical documentation, ensuring its order, classification, and proper custody.
  • Keep the document management system for investment projects up to date: drawings, technical specifications, reports, minutes, manuals, etc.
  • Ensure proper traceability, version control, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate the receipt, review, and distribution of documentation from engineering, construction, and suppliers.
  • Provide support in the preparation and delivery of final dossiers: as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, etc.
  • Collaborate in drafting and updating drawings, incorporating modifications arising from projects or changes to existing facilities.
  • Support the standardization of formats, nomenclatures, and document procedures.
