As part of our positioning as a leading company, we want to strengthen our team with a Network Technician

💡 What will you do?

• Network administration: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewall management.
• Monitor and operate network and security infrastructures, ensuring service availability and continuity.
• Manage incidents and requests related to LAN/WAN environments, TCP/IP protocols, and network services such as DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
• Monitor events using monitoring tools and traffic analysis, performing diagnosis, resolution, or escalation as appropriate.
• Operate and provide support for network and security technologies such as Fortinet, Cisco, Huawei, Radware, Infoblox, SolarWinds, Allot, and Tufin.
• Participate in change, problem, and operational task management following established procedures and agreed service levels.

🎯 What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating and supporting communications and security infrastructures.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network services such as DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
• Ability to monitor systems and services, manage incidents, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Experience working with monitoring tools, traffic analysis, and network device management.
• Knowledge of perimeter security technologies, remote access, and multi-service environments.
• Ability to work following operational procedures, ensuring service quality and operational continuity.

• Experience with technologies such as Fortinet, Cisco, Huawei, Radware, Infoblox, SolarWinds, Allot, and Tufin will be valued.

🕓 What is our selection process like?

• Profile Review 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
• First Contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.

• Participar en la gestión de cambios, problemas y tareas operativas siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y los niveles de servicio acordados.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en operación y soporte de infraestructuras de comunicaciones y seguridad.
• Conocimientos en redes LAN/WAN, protocolos TCP/IP y servicios de red como DNS, DHCP y NTP.
• Capacidad para monitorizar sistemas y servicios, gestionar incidencias, realizar diagnósticos iniciales y escalar casos complejos cuando sea necesario.
• Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de monitorización, análisis de tráfico y gestión de dispositivos de red.
• Conocimientos en tecnologías de seguridad perimetral, acceso remoto y entornos multiservicio.
• Capacidad para trabajar siguiendo procedimientos operativos, garantizando la calidad del servicio y la continuidad operativa.

• Se valorará experiencia con tecnologías como Fortinet, Huawei, Cisco, Radware, Infoblox, SolarWinds, Allot y Tufin.
