Requirements

What we're looking for

- Prior experience in litigation, with the ability to prepare legal pleadings and attend court hearings independently.
- Knowledge and experience in Compliance, especially criminal compliance, internal policies, and data protection.
- Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with suppliers and clients.
- Law degree, Master's in Legal Practice (Máster de Acceso), and active bar membership.
- Rigorous professional with sound legal judgment, business-oriented, and able to work with various internal departments.
- Appropriate level of autonomy, without requiring a senior profile.
- Good level of English required.
- Knowledge of transport legislation and regulations required.
