C&A is seeking an experienced, data driven, and highly customer focused Value Realization leader to join our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme.
The mission of the F4F programme is to modernize C&A's processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that, C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business that allows C&A to scale and offer great availability of products and value for money for customers.
The Value Realization Lead is responsible for ensuring the programme realizes the intended business benefits, as early as possible. The role will work cross-functionally to define KPIs, align goals, track progress, and ensure goals are met.
Own the F4F value approach, translating the programme ambition into a quantified value case and a value driver tree that links initiatives to financial outcomes (revenue growth, cost savings, stock optimisation, operational efficiency, risk reduction).
Develop and maintain the programme business and investment cases, working with Finance to validate assumptions and keep them aligned with budget planning and return on investment.
Establish the value governance model, defining decision rights, benefit owners and reporting cadence, and build stakeholder buy-in and alignment across Business, Tech and PMO.
Partner with business leaders to define KPIs with standard definitions, formulas, data sources and owners. Set credible baselines before targets, and oversee the implementation of new KPIs.
Build and run the value tracking framework and dashboard, giving transparent, near real-time visibility of benefits against baseline and plan.
Monitor performance and outcomes, and report value delivered to the SteerCo and senior stakeholders, flagging gaps early with a clear path to green.
Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact value capture, balancing quick wins with long-term big bets.
Embed value realization into change, adoption and PMO processes so benefits are actively managed, and ensure a clean handover of benefits to BAU owners.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to test value hypotheses and refine them as business priorities evolve
