Operations & Finance Manager

• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar. Postgraduate studies (MBA or equivalent) will be valued.

• Between 8 - 10 years in Operations, Finance, Business Management, or Consulting positions, preferably in agencies, creative environments, marketing, events, or companies with a high project management component.

• Demonstrable experience leading budgets, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability control. As well as defining KPIs and preparing dashboards.

• Solid experience designing and optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Interest and experience driving digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the business.

• High level of English (C1), both oral and written.

At Candee, Talent Partner, we are managing this position of Operations & Finance Manager for Zurich Duo, an internal agency of the Zurich group.

As Operations & Finance Manager, you will be the person responsible for ensuring the agency operates efficiently, agilely, and with solid financial management. You will supervise operations, manage budgets and forecasts, ensure excellence in the execution of brand experience and activation projects, optimize processes, and provide key information for decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

• You will design, implement, and optimize the agency's main processes, from receiving briefs to planning, approval, resource allocation, and invoicing.

• You will ensure efficient capacity planning for internal teams, specialized collaborators, and freelance talent.

• You will coordinate annual operational planning, quarterly reviews, and the calendar for projects, experiences, and activations.

• You will define and monitor the main operational KPIs to measure agency performance, process efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• You will drive the standardization of processes, tools, and methodologies to promote a more agile and consistent way of working.

• You will supervise the functioning of all agency areas to guarantee excellent execution in every brand experience project.

• You will lead the agency's complete financial planning cycle, from preparing the annual budget to quarterly forecasts.

• You will monitor results (revenue, costs, and team), detect deviations, and propose actions to ensure objectives are met.

• You will analyze the profitability of experiential campaigns, activations, projects, and ongoing collaboration agreements, contributing to the definition of pricing strategies.

• You will collaborate with the Finance team to ensure correct cost allocation and efficient management of internal charges between programs and agency areas.

• You will prepare reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key indicators such as invoicing, team occupancy, resource utilization, or margins.

• You will provide a global view of the agency portfolio's profitability and help identify opportunities.

• You will coordinate monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with the group's financial policies.

• You will assume the financial responsibility of the entity, supervising the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet.

• You will provide a strategic vision to drive business growth and evolution.

• You will ensure compliance with Zurich's policies and procedures in areas such as procurement, data protection, brand, and compliance.

• You will provide support in contract and vendor management, including production partners, events, manufacturing, and other strategic collaborators.

• You will implement and supervise controls related to approvals, purchase orders, spending limits, and vendor onboarding.

• You will act as the primary interlocutor for internal audits and inquiries related to risk, compliance, and operations.

• You will define and drive the company's AI strategy, identifying the highest-impact use cases and aligning them with business objectives.

• You will lead cross-functional initiatives alongside business, technology, data, risk, and compliance teams to design, implement, and scale AI solutions that generate real value.

• You will establish an AI governance model that guarantees responsible, secure, and compliant use, while simultaneously promoting adoption through communication, training, and change management actions.
