The role

Your main mission as Counter Manager will be to ensure that every customer receives an excellent experience in line with Rituals' DNA and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing the store's operational plan and business projects, meeting KPI performance indicators and considering team development.
You will be an example for your team, reporting to the Area Manager of your zone, who will be both your mentor and the person who will help you develop your career at Rituals.

What you'll do

Develop monthly plans (including optimal team scheduling) based on productivity targets.
Ensure excellent store management (cash control, staff absences, schedules, stock, prevention and security, maintenance), manage store budgets (including expenses and productivity) and update results data.
Manage inventory and daily operations, including stock and warehouse cleaning.
Promote employee well-being and commitment through regular individual sessions, building an authentic connection with the store team.
Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on areas for development.

Requirements

Your goal will be to execute the store's operational plan and business objectives to maximize customer experience, team development, and KPI performance indicators.

leadership and people management skills (communication, coaching, connection, inspiration)
experience in motivating and developing teams
ability to make decisions and solve problems
