About the Role
We are looking to hire a First-Class Bricklayer / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Madrid. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented, and driven by challenges, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel.

  • Carry out inspections of all facilities, such as electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, elevators...

  • Carry out inspections in areas such as hallways, restaurants, bathrooms, event rooms, pool...

  • Ensure that all hotel safety systems, such as fire alarms, smoke detectors, extinguishers, and emergency exits, are operational.

  • Resolve issues to prevent failures that could affect the guest experience.

  • Ensure that all materials and spare parts are in perfect condition and available to carry out scheduled maintenance or repairs.

  • Work closely with the housekeeping, reception and management departments to coordinate the hotel's daily operations.
