The role

What you'll do

  • Receive goods from suppliers (food, beverages, supplies, etc.).

  • Verify that orders match purchase orders (quantity, quality, and condition).

  • Check expiration dates, especially for perishable products.

  • Sign delivery notes and invoices after confirming everything is correct.

  • Record incoming goods in office computer systems.

  • Report incidents (shortages, damage, order errors).

  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.

  • Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.

  • Communication and coordination with hotel departments.
