Demonstrable experience as a BIM Modeler in civil engineering projects.
Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, or others depending on the project environment).
Ability to incorporate and manage Psets (Property Sets), as well as attributes and parameters in model elements in accordance with project standards.
Knowledge in BIM management and coordination, including model review, clash detection, compliance with standards, and participation in collaborative workflows (BIM 360, Trimble Connect, ACC, etc.).
Previous experience in CAD environments (AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or others), especially for the interpretation of drawings and the transition of 2D information to BIM models.
Knowledge of national and international BIM standards (ISO 19650, EIR, BEP, etc.) will be valued.
