About SAPINDEX

SAPINDEX is a specialized SAP staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Madrid, Spain. The company focuses exclusively on SAP ecosystem talent, placing consultants across the full spectrum of SAP modules (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, EWM, PP, QM, WM, SAC, Datasphere, BTP, Ariba, and more) for clients throughout Spain. With a team of around 50 professionals, SAPINDEX operates as a niche recruitment and project consultancy, pairing certified SAP consultants with enterprise clients on hybrid and on-site engagements.

SAPINDEX has a strong footprint across Spain, with active recruitment and project work in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Albacete, Getafe, and Murcia. The company's roles are predominantly hybrid, requiring Spanish and often Catalan language skills, and they are a relevant entry point for international SAP professionals looking to work in the Spanish SAP ecosystem. Their job postings are highly specific to SAP modules, making them a good fit for consultants with deep SAP expertise rather than generalist IT professionals.

Good to know if you are moving

Hybrid roles are the norm — most positions are listed as 'Híbrido' (hybrid), offering a mix of remote and on-site work.
Language requirements are common: many roles require Spanish, and some in Barcelona require Catalan as well.
The company hires for a very specific SAP module stack (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, EWM, PP, QM, SAC, Datasphere, BTP, Ariba), so deep SAP expertise is the main currency.
Offices and client sites are spread across Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Albacete, Getafe and Murcia, so relocation within Spain may be expected.
The company is a staffing and consulting firm, so employment is project-based and tied to client engagements.
