Production Technical Specialist in San Sebastián de los Reyes

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

The Production Specialist will be responsible for documentation relating to production lines in sterile areas, where the aseptic manufacturing and filling of vials takes place.

Develops production protocols in accordance with current procedures and regulations.

Must ensure the correct execution of the required activities, consistently in accordance with the guidelines of the technical production manager.

Is responsible for guaranteeing the compliance status of their area of responsibility (procedures, incidents, deviations, protocols, notebooks, supporting documents, templates, forms...) and for guaranteeing that all employees performing activities in their area of responsibility have been trained in them and are adequately qualified to perform their tasks.

Is responsible for executing the agreed action plans.

Is also responsible for the review of production documentation, ensuring its correct completion and closure.

Participates in the plant activities necessary to ensure correct production management, providing knowledge that allows for continuous improvement to be developed.

Monitor and control that established procedures and preventive measures are met, and include them in the instructions issued to workers.

Management of order requests and their documentary receipt, with filing of the relevant documentation for traceability.
