The role
Currently, we want to hire a DRYING ROOM PRODUCTION OPERATOR for one of our companies within the Vall Companys Group.
What you'll do
Participate in the different phases of the production and curing process of hams and shoulders, performing tasks related to the handling, preparation, and dispatch of the product, ensuring compliance with the quality, hygiene, and food safety standards established by the company.

Perform the loading and unloading of fresh hams and shoulders, ensuring their correct handling.

Participate in the salting process of the pieces, following established procedures.

Perform cleaning and conditioning tasks for hams and shoulders during the different production phases.

Carry out the fat-rubbing (mantecado) of the pieces to favor their correct preservation and curing.

Prepare and organize the cured pieces for subsequent treatment and dispatch.

Maintain the order and cleanliness of the facilities, equipment, and work areas.

Comply with established procedures regarding quality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention.
How you'll work

Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in rotating shifts:

Morning shift: from 06:00 to 14:30 hours.

Mid shift: from 09:30 to 18:30 hours.

8-hour workday of effective work.
