The role

Job description

Currently, we want to incorporate a FEED PRODUCTION OPERATOR for one of our companies within the Vall Companys Group.

What you'll do

Perform the processes of reception, handling, and transformation of raw materials for the manufacture of feed, ensuring the correct functioning of the equipment and facilities and complying with the quality, safety, and hygiene standards established by the company.

Attend to and resolve any incidents that occur in the plant to guarantee the correct functioning of the production process.
Supervise the operation of the granulation lines, controlling the roller adjustments and the temperature, pressure, and lubrication indicators.
Control the unloading of trucks and perform the loading and unloading of feed bags for storage.
Prepare the necessary products for manual dosing during the manufacturing process.
Verify the state of the suction ducts and filters to guarantee correct ventilation.
Control stock levels and the state of the silos to ensure the supply of raw materials.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning magnets and replacing hammers and sieves.
Verify transport routes and collaborate in the correct organization of product movements.
Manage and keep the sample library organized, ensuring the correct control of the samples.
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the facilities, complying with food safety standards (HACCP), occupational risk prevention, and good environmental practices.
