At Paul Marlex, we are looking for a Building Site Manager in Barcelona to supervise and coordinate the correct execution of works on-site, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety conditions, under the supervision of the Site Manager.

What you'll do

Daily organization and control of works on-site.
Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors.
Reading and interpreting plans and technical specifications.
Quality control of the works executed.
Monitoring of construction progress and compliance with deadlines.
Oversight of compliance with health and safety regulations.
Control of materials, auxiliary resources, and on-site stockpiles.
Daily communication with the Site Manager and reporting of incidents.

Driver's license (if applicable).
