At Saica Natur, we are looking for a Service Operator / Forklift Operator for our Burgos plant, located in Aranda de Duero, with forklift handling experience, whose main duties will be:
· Receiving and unloading waste and materials.
· Classifying and segregating waste according to flows, containers, and standards established at the plant.
· Feeding process lines: pressing, compacting, or storage.
· Tipping cages and containers.
· Recording movements in internal systems (control sheets, industrial terminal, or corporate app).
· Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area.
· Detecting and reporting operational, safety, or quality incidents to supervisors.
· Assisting with loading and unloading trucks.
· Operating forklifts safely, ensuring load integrity and compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
· Using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the position.

Objective/Mission of the role: To provide service by carrying out material loading and unloading tasks at the plant, as well as sorting waste grades to feed the shredder and baling press, in order to maximize plant performance and minimize vehicle waiting times, optimizing costs through productivity and quality in line with the safety standards set by management.

Desired requirements:
A valid forklift certificate (according to UNE 58451 standards).
Previous experience in warehousing, recycling, waste management, or logistics.
Functional knowledge of waste segregation and recovery flows.
Competence in manual handling of loads.
Ability to work according to procedures, checklists, and safety protocols.
Availability to work shifts.
Own vehicle.
