Office Staff Team Coordinator

• Minimum studies: Higher Level Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Administration, Logistics, or similar
• Minimum experience: 2 years.

- Minimum demonstrable experience of 2 to 3 years in managing teams of 10 to 15 people.
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and monitor groups of 10 to 15 people.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Windows Office suite (high level of Excel is essential).

- Maintain calm in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Showing a positive and friendly attitude with customers.

Sala Razzmatazz, a company dedicated to event management, concert venues, and clubs, requires an Office Staff COORDINATOR to provide support in the management of the beverage warehouse and its human team during club sessions during night shifts.

Reporting to the team of Floor Managers and the Warehouse Manager:

• Assign work areas to the staff under their responsibility.
• Verify compliance with the following tasks assigned to this department:

- Collection and cleaning of glasses.

- Cleaning and proper use of dishwashers.

- Reception and rotation of ice from chest freezers and bars.

- Verify product replenishment transfers from the general warehouse to the bars.

- Maintain the distribution of glasses required per bar to be able to meet the demand for drinks.

Daily counts and regularizations of glasses to be discarded to maintain an effective minimum stock.

Replenishment and assistance for needs arising at bars and dressing rooms.
