- Permanent contract 30h/week,
- You will start in our Madrid offices in person, with the medium-term possibility of a hybrid modality of office and teleworking.

We collaborate on a stable basis with our client (a leading company in the insurance sector) with a current workforce of more than 100 teleoperators and we continue to grow... We are incorporating teleoperators for the afternoon shift for the sale of insurance to potential clients; you will manage the follow-up of your activity in our CRM.

- We value previous experience in telephone sales (telesales) as a teleoperator in the insurance sector or similar.
- If you do not have experience in sales or have worked as a face-to-face salesperson (for example, stand worker, promoter, solicitor, face-to-face customer service...) and you want to reorient your career toward the world of telesales, we want to meet you!
- Communication skills, persistence, ability to learn, and a clear orientation toward achieving objectives...
- You understand that every "no" brings you closer to a "YES." You are enthusiastic.
