We are looking for a Sales Assistant for a permanent, part-time position (20 hours/week) in our Salomon Vigo store.
What you'll do
To perform this job successfully, you must:
- Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and increase sales.
- Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-level customer experience, proposing complementary products (upselling).
- Be competent in sales techniques and in the digital tools available in the store to offer exceptional customer service.
- Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
- Be confident in cash handling.
- Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand's service culture.
This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.
