Sales Associate

Mission

Your mission will be to provide a unique experience to every customer, identifying their needs and building long-term relationships with them.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a WOW experience and exceeding their expectations.
• Build and offer long-term relationships with customers.
• Know all the products and brands we work with in order to provide better information, advice and shopping experience.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, complementary selling, up-selling or other KPIs to achieve sales targets, always prioritizing the best option for the customer.
• Listen to the customer, obtain feedback through a friendly, positive attitude and high-quality service.
• Maintain a WOW image in the store, in accordance with the standards provided by the Visual Merchandising team.
• Collaborate in the operational duties of the store and the floor, supporting the visual merchandising team, warehouse or the management team.
• Work as a team! Be proactive, help your colleagues when they need it and always show a friendly, approachable and open attitude.

We are looking for professionals with at least 2 years of successful experience in retail sales teams within lifestyle brands.

Experience in personalized customer advisory.

English and Spanish are essential. Other languages will be a plus!

We will highly value vocational training studies related to fashion, focused on sales techniques, especially those aimed at personalized advisory and customer service.

We have openings available for our two stores across all categories: footwear and accessories, fashion, beauty, home... and across different working hour bases: 16, 20, 24 and 30 hours per week on rotating shifts.

Misión

Tu misión será brindar una experiencia única a cada cliente, identificando sus necesidades y generando relaciones con ellos a largo plazo.

• Ofrecer una excelente atención al cliente garantizando una experiencia WOW y superando sus expectativas.
• Generar y ofrecer relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes.
• Conocer todos los productos y marcas con las que trabajamos para poder ofrecer mejor información, asesoramiento y experiencia de compra.
• Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada, venta complementaria, up-selling u otros KPIs para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, priorizando siempre la mejor opción para el cliente.
• Escuchar al cliente, obtener feedback a través de una actitud amable, positiva y atención de alta calidad.
• Mantener una imagen WOW en la tienda, de acuerdo con los estándares proporcionados por el equipo de Visual Merchandising.
• Colaborar en funciones operativas de la tienda y de la planta, apoyando al equipo de visual merchandising, almacén o al equipo de Managers.
• ¡Trabajar en equipo! Ser proactivo, ayudar a tus compañeros cuando lo necesiten y mostrar siempre una actitud amable, cercana y abierta.

Buscamos profesionales con al menos 2 años de trayectoria exitosa en equipos de ventas del sector de retail en marcas de lifestyle.

Experiencia en asesoramiento personalizado al cliente.

Inglés y español son imprescindibles. ¡Otros idiomas serán un plus!

Valoraremos muy positivamente estudios de formación profesional relacionados con la moda, orientados a técnicas de venta, especialmente aquellos enfocados en el asesoramiento personalizado y la atención al cliente.

Tenemos vacantes disponibles para nuestras dos tiendas en todas las categorías: calzado y complementos, moda, beauty, hogar... y en distintas bases horarias: 16, 20, 24 y 30 horas semanales en turnos rotativos.
