What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with at least 2 years of successful experience in retail sales teams within lifestyle brands.

Experience in personalized customer advisory.

English and Spanish are essential. Other languages will be a plus!

Nice to have

We will highly value vocational training studies related to fashion, focused on sales techniques, especially those aimed at personalized advisory and customer service.

The role

Mission

Your mission will be to provide a unique experience to every customer, identifying their needs and building long-term relationships with them.

What you'll do

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a WOW experience and exceeding their expectations.
Build and offer long-term relationships with customers.
Know all the products and brands we work with in order to provide better information, advice and shopping experience.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, complementary selling, up-selling or other KPIs to achieve sales targets, always prioritizing the best option for the customer.
Listen to the customer, obtain feedback through a friendly, positive attitude and high-quality service.
Maintain a WOW image in the store, in accordance with the standards provided by the Visual Merchandising team.
Collaborate in the operational duties of the store and the floor, supporting the visual merchandising team, warehouse or the management team.
Work as a team! Be proactive, help your colleagues when they need it and always show a friendly, approachable and open attitude.

How you'll work

We have openings available for our two stores across all categories: footwear and accessories, fashion, beauty, home... and across different working hour bases: 16, 20, 24 and 30 hours per week on rotating shifts.
