The role
Your mission will be to design the Europe and Latin America plan in compliance with the new sustainability strategy, with a special focus on its contribution to global prevention plans, both at an individual level and at the level of the environments where we live.
Coordinate the measurement of the plan's social impact and its contribution to the business.
Ensure the Reporting and Communication of the company's social impact.
What you'll do
Prevention and Healthy Cities: Lead Healthy Cities in ELA and other prevention and wellbeing initiatives, driving their reach in local communities.
City Health Platform: Support the incorporation of 30 cities into the platform together with the Norman Foster Foundation and the involved organizations.
Social Impact Strategy: Define and coordinate the social strategy with the ELA BUs, ensuring local alignment, coherence, and compliance with the community investment commitment.
Impact measurement and communication: Coordinate the measurement of social impact and provide content to Advocacy, Communication, and ESG Reporting.
ESG agenda and visibility: Identify new social initiatives and support events, spokesperson actions, and ESG projects.
