If you are a proactive person, with human and social values oriented towards collaborative teamwork and, in addition to this, you have studies in humanities or social sciences (psychology, pedagogy, psychopedagogy, social work, social education...) and demonstrable experience in the disability sector, this opportunity may be for you.

In the course of this growth, we want you to join us as a Social Development Technician, with a preference for persons with disabilities, having the opportunity to join the team in Valladolid.

What you'll do

You will become a key piece helping to overcome the barriers, obstacles, or difficulties of the staff with disabilities at the workplace, as well as accompanying them in the onboarding process and providing support during their tenure and progression in the role. Your responsibilities will include: detecting needs and determining support measures for the staff by applying specific support measures for each person and promoting the integration of the entire staff into the Special Employment Center through adequate and specific support.
