Requirements
What we're looking for
▶ We are looking for an organized person with attention to detail, committed to providing nutrition adapted to the needs of each resident.
Nice to have
▶ At least two years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience in residences, group homes, hospitals, hotels, or catering will be valued.
Education & certifications
▶ Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality, FPGM Technician in Hospitality and/or FPGM Technician in Cooking and Gastronomy in catering services. Basic Professional Technician in Cooking, Catering, and/or similar. Training in food handling and food safety is valued. Training and implementation of HACCP.

The role
You will be key to ensuring a safe kitchen service adapted to the needs of the residents. Your mission will be to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the residents through a balanced, safe diet adapted to their needs.
What you'll do
Your duties at Sanitas Mayores will be:
💙 Prepare menus and adapted diets, ensuring food quality and safety.
💙 Organize daily kitchen activities, supervising food preservation and compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations. Collect food samples according to regulations.
💙 Manage orders, goods receipt, and inventory control.
💙 Collaborate with the center's team to contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of the residents. Cleaning of the work area.
How you'll work
🧍♂️ Work shift: Morning or Afternoon
⌛Working hours: Full-time
🕕 Schedule: From 7:00 to 15:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00
