The role
Join our Office Management Team!
As an Office Management Intern, you will support the daily operations of our office, helping to create a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace for employees, visitors, and partners. You will collaborate with different teams and service providers while gaining hands-on experience in office administration, workplace services, and employee support.
Starting in October 2026, this 6 month internship offers a valuable learning experience within an international environment, allowing you to develop your organizational, communication, and administrative skills while supporting the Office Management team in their daily activities. You will contribute to ensuring a positive workplace experience and smooth office operations.
What you'll do
- You will support the day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- You will welcome visitors and assist with reception-related tasks when needed.
- You will support employees with office-related requests and help ensure a positive workplace experience.
- You will assist in the coordination of meeting rooms, office logistics, and workplace services.
- You will help monitor office supplies and support the ordering and organization of materials.
- You will collaborate with external service providers and support the follow-up of office-related requests.
- You will assist in maintaining and updating documentation, operational records, and reports.
- You will support invoice and documentation management processes through internal systems.
- You will help track and follow up on incidents and requests, ensuring they are properly documented.
- You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support projects related to office operations and employee services.

What you'll bring along
- You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, International Business, or a related field.
- Ability to establish a university internship agreement is required.
- Previous professional experience is not required; academic projects or internships related to administration, tourism, customer service, or travel management will be valued.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- You are proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
