Management, review, processing, and recording of invoices and reimbursements, authorizing the relevant payments according to company guidelines, ensuring correct authorization of the corresponding payments and within the agreed deadlines.

What you'll do

Receive supplier invoices and insured party reimbursements. Verify their correspondence with the file and policy coverages and manage their payment.
Process travel assistance reimbursements and manage their payment.
Re-invoice clients: issue invoices.
Resolve possible complaints and inquiries received from suppliers, insured parties, and clients.
Management with other assistance companies regarding claims of common insured parties to share payments.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in billing and administrative management.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and office tools.
Knowledge of the insurance sector (valuable).
High level of English.
Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 15:30 and Friday from 07:30 to 14:30.

The role

Gestión, revisión, tramitación y grabación de facturas y de reembolsos, autorizando los pagos pertinentes según las directrices de la compañía, asegurando una correcta autorización de los pagos correspondientes y en los plazos acordados.

What you'll do

Recepcionar las facturas de los proveedores y reembolsos de asegurados. Verificar su correspondencia con el expediente y las coberturas de póliza y gestionar su pago.
Tramitar reembolsos de asistencia en viaje y gestionar su pago.
Refacturar a clientes: emitir facturas.
Resolver posibles quejas y consultas recibidas de los proveedores, asegurados y clientes.
Gestión con otras compañías de asistencia de los siniestros de asegurados comunes para compartir pagos.

REQUISITOS

Dominio de facturación y gestión administrativa.
Conocimiento medio de Excel y de herramientas ofimáticas.
Conocimiento del sector seguros (valorable).
Nivel alto de inglés.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a jueves de 07:00 a 15.30 y viernes de 07:30 a 14:30.
