MISSION

As a member of the Software Architecture team, the objective will be to lead and govern the Software Architecture domain of Grupo Santalucía, defining the strategy and evolution of the corporate software architecture, establishing the standards, reference models, and technological assets necessary to ensure alignment with the company's technology strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Architecture Domain Coordination: Responsible for the domain, reporting to the Technology Architecture Manager. In charge of managing and leading people and team capabilities, including the external provider teams that make up the domain across the various services it provides.

Will collaborate on the management and preparation of budgets for the Software Architecture domain, monitoring the invoicing process and forecasting for the budget lines managed by the domain itself, as well as directly participating in the estimation process for the annual project portfolio.

Liaison with other areas and departments: Will serve as the main point of contact with the other areas and departments that interact with the domain, ensuring coordination with the rest of the Technology Architecture subdomains, as well as with the domains of the Enterprise Architecture department.

Technology evolution. Management and governance of the roadmap for the evolution of Grupo Santalucía's corporate software architecture, through the design and development of proofs of concept (PoCs) based on the latest technological trends, as well as the management of projects where the Software Architecture domain takes on the role of Project Manager/IT Lead.

Must ensure proper alignment with the rest of the Technology Architecture domain, aiming to achieve a unified technology strategy.

Reference software architecture management. Definition of best practices, standards, design and development guidelines for the technological components of the architecture for application within the Santalucía ecosystem, as well as management of the governance model and lifecycle of architecture assets.

Project and initiative leadership. Management of participation in the definition, design, construction, deployment, and production phases of applications from the Software Architecture perspective, following the lifecycle and development methodologies defined for the ecosystem, as well as involvement in their evolution.

Production support. Will help provide the Organization with an agile technology architecture that, based on components and assets, enables the Technology Area to quickly and efficiently address the business needs required by the Strategic and IT Transformation Plan.
