Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Control, Audit, Risk, or Legal Advisory functions in pension fund management entities, financial institutions, insurance companies, or asset management companies.

What you'll do
As Compliance Manager-Pension Funds, your mission will be to Lead the Regulatory Compliance function regarding Pension Plans and Funds, ensuring the proper identification, assessment, and supervision of compliance risks associated with this activity. Additionally, you must provide specialized advice to business areas, promote a culture of compliance and customer protection, and contribute to decision-making through an adequate balance between business objectives and regulatory requirements, reinforcing the integration of pension activity into the entity's governance and control system.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Specialized regulatory advice on Pension Plans and Funds.
Act as a Compliance reference regarding Pension Plans and Funds, providing independent advice to business areas and support on applicable regulations, identifying regulatory risks, and contributing to decision-making through solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Supervision of compliance risk and execution of second-line controls.
Identify, assess, and supervise the compliance risks associated with pension activity, ensuring the implementation of an effective control framework and the adequate monitoring of regulatory obligations, incidents, action plans, and corrective measures.
- Participation in product governance and supervision from a compliance and customer protection perspective.
Participate in the design, review, and monitoring processes of social welfare products, promoting transparency, the adequate management of conflicts of interest, and the protection of the interests of participants and beneficiaries throughout the product life cycle.
- Integration of pension activity into the SSR governance and control framework.
Coordinate the incorporation of processes, risks, and regulatory requirements of the pension activity within the SSR Compliance governance model, policies, methodologies, and procedures, guaranteeing the coherence and effectiveness of the internal control system.
